We are seeking a Credit Hire motor claims handler with a wide ranging skill set and experience of managing credit hire claims, third party property damage claims and may also include some low value bodily injury claims handling (latter is optional).
The candidate will actively support the department in providing a customer focused, cost efficient claims handling service by a pro-active approach to claims handling that puts customer service as the core value whilst operating within a regulatory framework.
The role will be client facing and in addition to coverage, legal liability and quantum analysis, will require interaction with brokers, insureds, external providers and internal stakeholders.
