This role exists because our internal partners (HRBPs, TA, Finance, HROps) don't have great tools. They reach us directly for answers that should live in a system. They use workarounds where workflows should exist. They wait on us when they should be moving independently. The job isn't to answer those questions faster. It's to make them unnecessary.
You've built things in your career: a tool that replaced a recurring ask, a process that made a partner team self-sufficient, a workflow that eliminated a class of questions. You've also done the comp work: pricing roles, navigating complex offers, earning credibility with skeptical partners in the first five minutes of a conversation.
