ISC is looking for a Compensation Manager who knows the technical side of compensation and understands the strategic role compensation plays in achieving success within an organization.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit above the details. You will evaluate jobs, review market data, test salary structures, support merit and bonus cycles, advise leaders on pay decisions and work through the implications of compensation changes before recommendations move forward.
You will also have a meaningful voice in how ISC approaches pension, benefits, recognition and total rewards over time.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this direct contributor role carries significant independence, visibility and accountability. You will work closely with HR business partners, finance, legal, senior leaders, vendors and external consultants, and you will be expected to provide advice that is clear, practical and defensible.
