The Role
We are looking for a Compensation Lead to drive and elevate our compensation strategy in a dynamic, global and data-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and a hands‑on approach, and who enjoys influencing key business decisions through data, market insights and well-structured compensation frameworks.
You will take ownership of compensation practices across the organization partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance and Business Leaders to ensure competitive, equitable and scalable compensation decisions.
