As a Compensation Consultant , you are a subject matter expert in the design, governance, and administration of compensation programs, with a strong focus on incentive and commission-based plans across lines of business including Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Wealth.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead the design, governance, and ongoing administration of incentive and commission-based compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders (Commercial, Retail, Wealth) on compensation plan design, pay mix, performance measures, and market practices
- Manage end‑to‑end incentive plan processes, including eligibility, performance tracking, payout calculations, validation, and reporting
