We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Intern to join our global HR team and gain hands‑on experience in reward programs, HR analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation & benefits analysis and management across multiple countries.
- Assist in salary benchmarking, market data analysis, and compensation reviews.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business stakeholders.
- Maintain and validate compensation and employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
