**General Objective**: Responsible for payroll preparation and execution every 15 days.Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including identifying employee needs, sourcing insurance benefits, and troubleshooting issues with employees.
**Main Functions**- **MX Payroll**- Prepare and document biweekly payroll adjustments in the Payroll Roster.
- Document, verify, and submit payroll adjustments to the payroll provider for accurate payroll totals and tax calculations.
- Track and control of employee payroll receipts.
- Request settlements (finiquitos) or extraordinary payments.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries.
- **MX Benefits**- Participate in the set up of payroll and benefits for New Hires.
- Oversee the registration and cancellation processes for Major Medical Insurance, ensuring all updates are accurately documented in the database.
