Responsibilities:
To design, control & implement all ‘Comp and Ben’ issues. Comp & Ben includes all aspects of ‘total rewards approach’, including employee grades.
To develop / update internal regulations on ‘comp & ben’
On the basis of labor markets, economic, legal and social conditions, provide advice and prepare proposals for compensation and benefits policies
Prepare analysis and proposals for the annual and medium term plans and budgets to reflect total compensation, benefits and statutory employment costs. Coordinate and consolidate salary and C&B budgets
Provide local and Board management with accurate and up-to-date employee data, as well as payroll, benefits and employment cost reports according to regular or specific requests to support budget process.
