Responsibilities
- Compensation
- Partner with the corporate compensation team to maintain compensation structures and job data and develop a harmonized compensation structure, including job structure and salary ranges.
- Partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, reward, and retain key talent.
- Develop insightful reports and recommendations on compensation trends and adjustments, advocating for strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Perform analysis of various compensation programs and initiatives, including but not limited to incentive programs for sales and operating teams, annual merit and bonus planning, pay equity, etc.
- Support the development of salary budgets and projections that align with our strategic business planning.
- Engage in salary and labor market surveys to glean insights that inform our compensation strategy.
