Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Rewards strategy in Mexico and the Andean Region (Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Peru).
- Provide information and insights to HR leadership.
- Prepare communication materials for senior management on compensation programs and analyses.
- Maintain rewards information in HR systems and databases.
- Collect data on Compensation & Benefits policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers on reward decisions.
