The Sr. Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation Advisory, delivering professional research, high-quality analytics and technical services to one of lines of business that support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of compensation policies and programs. This role will support the Business Banking (BB) and Chief Operations Office (COO) portfolio.
Key accountabilities of this role include:
- Complete all aspects of the market intelligence process including research, end-to-end employee matching, data validation, interpretation and professional presentation of findings for line of business;
