Key Responsibilities:
• Modify care plans based on changing health statuses
• Maintain strong relationships with residents and families
• Lead unit staff and conduct performance evaluations
• Order nursing supplies and ensure their efficient use
• Participate in health assessments and reporting
Requirements:
• Current licensing as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Basic CPR certified
• Long-term care experience an asset
• Knowledge of RAI-MDS is a plus
