Key Responsibilities:
• Create genuine connections with residents every shift
• Deliver focused shift reports and supervise care teams
• Assess care requirements and ensure residents’ comfort
• Administer medications safely and track their effectiveness
• Document care accurately using digital tools
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• VSS check completed within the last 6 months
• Updated TB 2 Step within the last year
