Engage with interdisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to care standards while maintaining a supportive environment for both residents and staff. Enjoy flexible hours on a casual basis to help fulfill shift requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with healthcare teams and families
• Direct and evaluate PSW and RPN work
• Monitor and document nursing care accurately
• Handle physician orders and administer treatments
• Promote quality improvement in care indicators
Requirements:
• RN certification from a recognized authority
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care is an asset
• Strong written and oral communication skills...
