- Keeping the whole office well maintained and in good condition.
- Conducting repairs and troubleshooting utility system issues. This may involve identifying problems, diagnosing malfunctions, and implementing appropriate solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the utility systems.
- Waste disposal and management
- Communicate with HR Department to ensure that all facilities are functioning
- Other tasks given by the Management
- At least 6 months of experience as a Utility/Cleaning personnel/
- Good communication skills
- Strong initiative skills
- Flexibility on time during shifts
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Pleasing personality and attitude
- Has good hygiene practices
- Willing to work fulltime and on-site in BGC, Taguig City.
