Company Representative / Business Developer / Acting CEO (Dubai, Luxury Segment)

We are looking for not just a performer, but a future leader for our Dubai office. A three-month probationary period is included. During this period, your key task (in addition to operational sales) will be writing a detailed business plan for the development of ARWAY's Dubai office. We want to hear your expert vision: how exactly you plan to grow your business in the local market, which channels to use to attract a premium audience, and how to scale profits. If you successfully present your business plan, meet financial KPIs, and demonstrate strong management skills, you will have a real opportunity to become the CEO of the Dubai office to implement your strategy.
