Job Purpose: In-charge of the development and administration of occupational health services in accordance with the company policies, practices and procedures.
- Assures compliance with regulatory requirements to clinical operations.
- Responsible for medical/health records, equipment and programs related to Health and Safety.
- Evaluates and treats all injuries and illness and guide/direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services.
- Gives first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed.
- Coordinates with the retainer doctors and accredited hospitals.
- Observes and records symptoms and condition of a patient.
- Accompanies the injured employee to the nearest hospital, in cases of accident.
- Maintains medical and other related records of all employees.
