Job Description
- Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients in a safe and timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, delivered to the correct destination and the charges are correct.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accepting payments for delivered goods.
- Safely operate heavy trucks over long distances or on local routes, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
- Responsible for maintaining the good condition of vehicle from interior to exterior.
Qualifications
- At least a High School graduate.
- At least six (6) months of experience.
- With a license 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C, D.
