Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, visitors, goods, and documents.
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off arrangements.
- Comply with all Singapore traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc driving, dispatch, and logistics duties as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Report vehicle defects, damages, accidents, or servicing requirements promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, ERP, parking, and related expenses.
- Ensure confidentiality of passenger and company information.
- Support other operational or administrative duties when required.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
