Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and visitors to meetings, property sites, and other business-related locations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop‑off schedules in line with company requirements.
- Assist in property site visits and inspections by transporting staff and materials as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good working condition of company vehicles at all times.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules (oil changes, tire checks, registration, insurance, etc.) and coordinate necessary repairs or servicing.
- Run errands such as delivering documents, collecting supplies, or processing payments as instructed.
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies.
