1. Driving Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, guests, and materials as instructed.
- Ensure vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections (oil, water, tires, brakes, etc.).
- Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain a vehicle logbook for trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
2. Liaison & Administrative Duties
- Perform messenger and liaison work to various offices such as:
- Government agencies (DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGUs, etc.)
- Banks, suppliers, and partner companies
- Process and deliver company documents, permits, and payments on time.
- Assist in purchasing and delivery of office or operational supplies.
