Community Worker

Bestcare Solutions Pty Ltd is an approved NDIS provider based in Queensland. We provide support services across a range of NDIS registration groups, including community participation, daily living support, household tasks, life skills development, personal activities, transport assistance, life stage transition support, shared living support and group/centre-based activities.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, experienced and compassionate Community Worker to join our team and support participants to improve their independence, community participation and overall quality of life.

About the Role

The Community Worker will be responsible for supporting NDIS participants with their social inclusion, community access, personal development and service coordination needs.
