As a Community Recruitment Associate (CRA) , you will be a key pillar of the Community Team . You will act as a strategic partner to our Account Managers (AMs). You will take full ownership of the talent supply chain, balancing high-speed requirement matching with long-term Talent Pool development and partner management.

1. Agile Sourcing & High-Precision Matching
- Inbound Requirement Matching: Reactively source and match the best talents for incoming business needs with a focus on speed (Time-to-Submit ) and accuracy.
- Talent Pool Optimization: Continuously qualify, engage, and update our internal Talent Pool to ensure immediate availability for core roles.
- Proactive Pipeline Building: Anticipate future Business Unit needs by engaging top-tier profiles before the demand peaks.
