Community & Project Development Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager in our Redevelopment team to drive the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and closure of redevelopment opportunities. The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the redevelopment ecosystem, including housing societies, regulatory authorities, and project feasibility assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business development activities for redevelopment projects, including opportunity identification, market mapping, feasibility analysis, and preliminary due diligence.
• Source and evaluate redevelopment opportunities across housing societies, cluster redevelopment projects, and other urban renewal initiatives.
