Community & Partnership Outreach Officer

This is a full-time role in an Abu Dhabi based non-profit Foundation. The Business Development Officer should strengthen our ecosystem of partners and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role goes beyond traditional outreach. It is designed to build co-creation frameworks, partnership development, fundraising, proposal & grant writing, and community engagement.

Role Description:

• Develop and implement a structured Partnership & Co-Creation Framework.
• Map, identify, and secure new partners across public, private, and community sectors.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and build strategic funding pipelines to ensure long-term program sustainability.
• Research and apply for local and international grants.
• Identify and generate new leads through various channels to increase existing and new leads for the Accessibility Consultancy Services.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored proposals.
