Position: Community Navigator
Hours: Part time - 24 hrs per week
Location: In person with some virtual - Lower Mainland
Compensation: $22.95/hour

Pacific Immigrant Resources Society (PIRS) is a community-based, non-profit organization serving immigrant and refugee women and their young children since 1975. PIRS delivers accessible, inclusive, low-barrier programs for immigrant and refugee women and their children that create a sense of belonging, meaningful participation and leadership.
The Community Navigator plays an important role in supporting refugee and asylum‑seeking women as they access settlement, employment, health, language, and community services. This position helps create welcoming pathways to connection, empowerment, and opportunity through individualized support, community outreach, and group facilitation.
