Key Responsibilities
Community Management
- Coordinate with the Social Media Strategist and Social Media Account Manager to ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule.
- Manage the social media content calendar, including always-on content and paid campaign materials across different business units.
- Develop FAQs and response guides for social media inquiries.
- Respond to customer comments and private messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and provide test/demo links for internal and client approval before content goes live.
- Coordinate with the Media Team to ensure links are properly supported by media campaigns.
