Springwater Township Public Library (STPL) is an award‑winning library with three branches (Elmvale, Midhurst, and Minesing) in the Township of Springwater, located in the centre of Simcoe County. Springwater is a mix of rural and urban areas with a population of approximately 23,000 residents. The Library prides itself on offering outstanding customer service while providing information and entertainment to Springwater residents. Our physical branches offer a wide range of materials and programs, and our robust digital branch consists of our website, social media platforms, online resources, e‑books, and virtual programs.
