Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Cover the front desk and ensure consistent coverage during business hours. Be the on-site point of contact.
- Conduce and explore marketing strategies and channels to drive new tenants.
- Greet clients and guests. Manage entry access of clients, visitors or guests. Conduct centre tours.
- Respond to product and service-related queries or requests from clients, visitors or tenants.
- Build relationships with business associates, vendors and tenants.
- Ensure all documents and Google Drives are up to date.
- Prepare contracts and invoices where necessary.
- Keep the front desk clean and organized.
- Notify clients of any food deliveries and couriers.
- Mail collection and sorting.
