Job Description Community & Kitchen Partner Manager (Female) Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula (Field Role) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 40,00060,000 per month Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and support women-led home kitchens. Conduct regular field visits across the Tricity. Build strong relationships with kitchen partners. Guide partners through the onboarding process and quality standards. Resolve partner concerns and coordinate with internal teams. Maintain accurate onboarding and partner records. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred: Field Sales FMCG Retail Hospitality Customer Relationship Management Business Development NGO / Community Work Operations Not Suitable For Desk-only or back-office profiles.
