Responsibilities
- Customer Facing role throughout the day – addressing resident concerns, providing community-related information, and ensuring a positive service experience across all touchpoints.
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new tenants, ensuring smooth integration into the community.
- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls from residents, service provider coordination, vendors and calls on behalf of community management.
- Maintaining call logs, complaint records, meeting notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups through the CRM system.
