The Manager, Community Engagement is responsible for growing patient referrals, strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding market presence for Avant Respiratory in Calgary. This role focuses on engaging physicians, nurse practitioners (NPs), registered nurses (RNs), respiratory therapists (RTs), medical office assistants (MOAs), and discharge planners to ensure patients receive timely access to pulmonary function testing (PFT), home sleep apnea testing (HSAT), oxygen therapy, and physician consultations.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of respiratory care, sleep apnea, and the healthcare referral process while being skilled in relationship‑building, strategic outreach, and community engagement.
