Deaf Connect is looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator who’s passionate about people, teamwork, and building stronger communities.
We’re offering a 12 month part-time, flexible opportunity based in our Darwin office. Our hybrid model supports balance, with core in-office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
About the role:
The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for addressing localised community needs and service requirements by delivering community access services (local, regional and virtual), coordinating community outreach initiatives and organising events for local Deaf and hard of hearing communities. This role also focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key local stakeholders.
