What you’ll do
- Project scheduling, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting and related financial reporting.
- Champion the project’s vision and design while fostering strong community engagement.
- Manage and oversee municipal approval processes, including secondary and tertiary plans, block plans, draft plans, zoning, site plans, subdivision registration, etc.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with multi‑disciplinary consultant teams.
- Manage high‑level environmental and infrastructure studies such as Subwatershed Studies and Master Environmental Servicing Plans.
- Direct the full engineering approval process across civil, landscape, and utility disciplines.
