Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Community Development Manager (CDM) is responsible to initiate and lead new community service initiatives and programs. These initiatives may include the development and implementation of respite services, children’s services, early intervention, community-based residential services, facility closure initiatives, retirement programs, employment program developments and other models of services within Christian Horizons.
