Community Crisis Worker III

Qualifications

• Advanced education in health or social sciences
• One (1) year of experience in a mental health or social service setting
• BCLS within the past twelve (12) months
• First Aid certification within the past three (3) years
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered
• Willing to complete Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) education
• Willing to complete Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) education
• Proficient with Windows‑based programs (Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Province of Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License, and access to a personal vehicle to provide service within Prairie Mountain Health
• Demonstrated organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated communication skills
