As a Community Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for the Community, representing WeWork and supporting the Community Management team. Your responsibilities include building a welcoming environment, managing front‑desk operations, facilitating events, and ensuring smooth building functions.
Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Cover the front desk during business hours, greet members and guests, enforce guest policy via Welkio tablet, maintain cleanliness and organization, and address member and guest inquiries.
Member Relationship Building: Learn member and guest names, anticipate needs, and personalize the experience to strengthen community ties.
