Position Overview
The Community Ambassador is TaskUs’ first line of defense, providing five-star service to teammates, clients and all who enter the sites. The role is the first and last person everyone will see, embodying TaskUs culture and core values.
Responsibilities
- Carry TaskUs name, culture, and core values, making lasting impressions on all visitors.
- Welcome and greet candidates, executives, clients and visitors with high energy and enthusiasm; introduce site theme and brief history and initiate site tours.
- Maintain reception area in best shape, clean, tidy and well managed; ensure housekeeping is monitored hourly and report maintenance needs to Facilities.
- Ensure all company assets (iPads, desktops, keyboards, mice) are kept tidy and in working condition; report issues to IT.
