The Communications Coordinator/Marketing will translate IT project’s needs and requirements into impactful communications deliverables. He/she will produce clear, consistent, and client-centric communications materials to ensure successful adoption of IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and coordinate packaging, branding and overall collateral production (articles, blurbs, collaterals) related to IT projects; develop taglines and key messages
- Conduct communication campaigns to ensure people’s awareness on project implementation
- Develop and implement the Communications Plan
- Enhance communications and marketing of existing initiatives and ensure that the right messages get to the right audiences in the right medium and at the right time
- Assist in the maintenance of social channels such as Yammer, O365 Hub by moderating and providing content
