An opportunity for a
Strategic Commodity Manager (Communications Systems)
has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the
Communications Commodity Team
within the TAOP (Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics) organization. This position manages systems procurement for all ADS platforms, including UAS and FCAS, providing a unique and wide vision of current and future business. You will develop structural relationships with well‑established worldwide suppliers (such as Honeywell, Thales Aerospace Communications) and lead Multifunctional Teams (MFT) with members from Engineering, Finance, PMO, and Quality. It is an exciting time to join a transnational, digital, and highly impactful procurement team that maximizes synergies to continuously improve and deliver results.
