PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced Commodity Specialist to join our Supply Base Management department. This position is part of our expansion, and will be based in our newly set up office in Laguna.
Responsibilities:
- To source electronic components to support new projects
- To be able to perform cost analysis and select best supplier to meet the product requirement
- To be responsible in managing the relationship with suppliers on all commercial issues
- To perform cost reduction, VA/VE activities, etc to achieve the KPIs set by the management (eg. the material cost reduction target)
- To be able to implement supply management strategies and activities such as VMI, JIT, EDI capabilities, etc.
- To be the escalation point when there is delivery issues during the MP and NPI stages
- Management of SAP data integrity
