Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT & Technology sourcing across all categories, including Hardware, Software, Licensing, Digital, Cloud / Hosting, IT Consultancy, Professional & Managed Services, Outsourcing and Telecoms
- Co-develop and deploy global commodity strategies in collaboration with the Commodity Procurement Director (CPD) and Chief Information Officer (CIO), ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive demand optimisation and strategic sourcing decisions using market intelligence, emerging technologies and supply insights to mitigate risk and maximise value
- Own the full supplier and category management lifecycle, including supplier selection, performance management, budgeting, negotiations, process improvements and resolution of critical supplier issues
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including engagement with monopolistic or highly dominant suppliers, where limited alternative options exist
