Commodity Manager (Sourcing)– Electrical & Electronics

Lead end-to-end development of Electrical & Electronic (E&E) components, including wiring harnesses, dual fan systems, and other automotive electrical aggregates. Manage the complete product development lifecycle from concept to production. Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program management teams to ensure successful project execution. Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop suppliers for new product development. Conduct supplier capability assessments and drive supplier development initiatives. Establish strategic supplier partnerships to support long-term business objectives. Estimate, negotiate, and finalize part costs, tooling costs, and development costs. Drive cost optimization initiatives through Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), localization, and alternate sourcing strategies.
