Commodities Manager - Packaging (Tijuana)

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the assigned Commodity with focus on driving cost reduction initiatives through negotiation, competitive leverage, outsourcing and process improvements.
• Gathers market intelligence and trends for the Categories and Sub-Categories.
• Identifies risks within the Commodity and works closely with stakeholders to eliminate or take mitigating actions for strategic risks.
• Analyses data and develops tools to manage the Commodity.
• Coordinates all strategic sourcing activities for the assigned Categories including financial analysis.
• Compiles the aggregate demand for assigned Categories across all Integer locations to leverage spend for contract negotiations.
• Identifies competitive suppliers and develops comprehensive supplier knowledge & database.
