Job Overview
RPO Recruitment is seeking a Commissioning Engineer for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract on a solar PV project in the Vaal Triangle, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng. The role focuses on grid‑connection, protection systems, testing and energisation of the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Review EPC commissioning strategies, prepare turnover philosophy.
- Oversee commissioning procedures and test packs.
- Ensure all documentation (commissioning dossiers, test reports, punch‑list closure evidence, as‑built updates and O&M manuals) is complete for final acceptance.
Requirements
- BEng or BSc(Eng) in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
