Job Requirements
- At least high school graduate or vocational course in Baking/Pastry
- Preferably with experience as Baker, Pastry Assistant or similar role
- Knowledgeable in baking techniques, dough preparation, accurately following recipes, ingredient lists, and instructions.
- Skilled in mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking various breads and pastries
- Open to assignments or field/event work
- Ideally resides in or near Makati City.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and soft‑serve ice‑cream
- Maintain quality, consistency, and freshness of products
- Ensure cleanliness and proper food handling in the kitchen
- Assist in menu preparation and production planning
- Follow kitchen standards and schedules
- Attend company events.
