- Prepare cold dishes such as salads dressings appetizers cold starters and buffet items according to standard recipes.
- Assist in daily mise-en-place to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste quality and presentation of all cold kitchen items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Store food items correctly ensuring proper labeling dating and rotation (FIFO).
- Monitor food quality and freshness reporting any issues to the Chef de Partie.
