Prime Function:

  • Assist the Baker Chef in overseeing daily bread and pastry production
  • Prepare a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of bakery supplies
  • Participate in menu planning and development of new bakery items
  • Operational Management

  • Adhere to all recipes, methods and instructions from the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef.
  •  Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained.
