Your Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place for both cold and hot kitchen sections.
- Assist in the preparation and production of dishes for à la carte service, banquets, and buffets.
- Work across all areas of the kitchen operation.
- Support product and goods quality control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Handle food products and kitchen equipment responsibly.
- Assist Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Support and guide culinary apprentices when required.
