Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and hands‑on Accounting Clerk (AP/AR) to support our financial operations under the supervision of the Financial Controller. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receivables, while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable: Enter and verify invoices, issue and send payments, track orders and validate pricing and taxes.
• Manage Accounts Receivable: Record deposits and journal entries, perform collections and follow up on outstanding accounts.
